W Howard are the UK's leading manufacturers of MDF mouldings. Their range of MDF mouldings includes Skirting Boards, Architraves, Window Boards, Door Linings and Door Casings.

Mouldings are supplied ready primed and are available in over 133 different profiles and sizes.  MDF Mouldings do not twist or warp and are defect free which means major reductions in time, waste and cost.

In addition to a wide range of MDF mouldings we stock a Reversible Door Lining set with adjustable head.   The door lining head is supplied at nominally 984 long, allowing the builder to simply cross cut on site to suit any door width.

The height of the lining is set for a 1981mm high imperial door and allows 18mm carpet clearance and 2mm top hanging clearance. The jambs and head of the lining are reversible, offering both a plain faced lining for standard doors and a lining grooved for 4mm x 15mm intrumescent strip for FD30 1/2 hour fire doors.

Once the appropriate face has been selected the haunch at the bottom of the jambs is simply cut off.
