A pre-engineered joist bought as an off the shelf product, eliminating the lead times usually associated with this type of product.  The timber construction of TrimTrus is very robust, performs excellently in sound transmission with a "concrete-like" firmness under foot.  TrimTrus is the engineered open web floor solution that is instant in every sense:
  • Available as a stocked off the shelf product
  • Trimmable on site and installed quickly
  • Rapid installation of services through the open web feature
  • No drilling or notching required
  • The consistent depth of the offsite manufactured TrimTrus allows easier floor installation.
These benefits combine to significantly reduce the amount of time trade contractors spend on site, speed up construction and ultimately save money.

219mm deep TrimTrus joists, up to 4800mm span, are available for immediate collection from our Fareham timber yard or for delivery within 2 working days.  Alternatively 254mm deep joist spanning up to 5400mm are available to order.

YBS Non-Itch General Purpose Insulation

Non-Itch Insulation is made from user-friendly non-irritant, non-itch material that is free from floating fibres or dust and so avoids skin irritation and respiratory problems normally associated with other forms of insulation. Non-Itch will not deteriorate over time and will not be affected by mould, mildew or rot. Non-Itch is also resistant to vermin and insect attack.
