Over the years, Neff has been responsible for a significant number of breakthrough products and kitchen concepts. One such concept was CircoTherm®, which works by drawing air in from the oven via a powerful fan. It then heats up the air and forces it right back into the oven cavity through strategically placed ducts in the rear wall.  By continuously circulating hot air around the oven in this way the desired temperature is achieved more quickly and evenly than in a normal oven, saving time and energy as little or no preheating is required. This method of forced air cooking continues to be the benchmark for all fan ovens.

Another such concept is the SlideAway door. This unique door slides fully under the oven as it opens, saving space in the kitchen and providing easy access to the inside of the appliance.
