Elliotts recognise that during the build the Self Builder requires and expects a great deal of support and our fully trained Sales Representatives work closely with them, often out of normal trading hours, to help anticipate material requirements and overcome any problems. Our internal Sales Staff can easily identify Self Builders from the 'S/B' indentification within their Account name, which ensures they receive the right help and guidance.

- Quantity take-offs from drawings
- Assistance with product specification
- Specialist suppliers of bricks and blocks, lintels, windows and doors, drainage etc
- V.A.T. Claim Back. On completion of your new home Elliotts can supply copy invoices for all materials purchased from us to make claiming back the V.A.T. that much easier
